  Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: 9 months ago

• Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?

  Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago

• Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com

  I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal?   I've seen this happen with both GAS and SOL with crypto.com. Sometimes they take a bit to credit your account with the deposit...many hours sometimes. It's rare but it happens. Source: 5 months ago
