I used leankit.com for my boards for a long time and worked with their product development teams to get new features in before they went corporate and locked it down and you had to pay for more. I was happy to find out recently that there is a way to make Mermaid diagrams WYSIWYG / drag and drop editable that the open source https://excalidraw.com has and did I mention it's open source!?
