There are some online services like ponoko, lasertaile, lasergist, laserboost, 3dhubs, but you better look for a local company in your vicinity. Really, a lot of different businesses do laser cutting from small marketing companies to huge car manufacturers. Even I've found some in my shitty town in the middle of nowhere. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini.
