There are some online services like ponoko, lasertaile, lasergist, laserboost, 3dhubs, but you better look for a local company in your vicinity. Really, a lot of different businesses do laser cutting from small marketing companies to huge car manufacturers. Even I've found some in my shitty town in the middle of nowhere. Howdy, I been obsessed with drawing Greek and Roman statues off of pinterest at the moment. This won't help for posing existing characters and straight img2img, but I use justsketch.me's free web app to make poses for NAI's form lock feature. It works... fine. The body shapes usually start out kind of funky, but once you manage to generate something more human-looking, like this quick and lazy example, you can then form lock that and keep refining.
