For development purposes I use Laragon which usually spares you the hassle of manually setting up SQL and Apache. However, on my new desktop I ran into an issue when I tried to enable SSL for Apache: Oh no, Laragon detected exceptions! For PHP https://platform.sh has got a lot of traction, but it's notc cheap especially for small apps. You may create/purchase a server from DigitalOcean/Linode/Vultr depending on your disk space utilization and install a control panel such as Cloudstick.io runcloud.io or serverpilot.io - the way I recommended would not increase your bill anymore. Source: about 3 years ago
