I think the strangest one is this game https://krunker.io/ which has some stories in newspapers claiming it has serious player numbers but the people who make it have tried several times to make their own page for it which have been taken down because it was self-promotion. Or even CSS media queries. Although I understand that diep.io is built on C++ (from another post), it's still compiled to Javascript on the client side. I don't use C++ that much, but there's definitely a method to get around this, in addition to that most people who play diep.io play it in the app, not the web. Source: 5 months ago

No updates , downfall started 6 years ago , barely any diep.io content creators still there , it explains it self , diep takes more skill than arras.io , meanwhile arras.io got a ton more classes and more fun , and bullet logic is different there , don't forgot arras.io gamemodes too .
