  The money wasn't real. Kraken built me a custom environment that made the scammer BELIEVE it was real since it said "kraken.com" on my computer. I also spent hours and hours talking to him and building up the story. Source: 11 months ago

• Are Bitcoin staking rewards reinvested?

  What the title says, are bitcoin rewards from staking reinvested. Or where are they? Are they paid in fiat or in bitcoin? I assume it's being reinvested because I don't have any money or bitcoin in the account itself. But I'm also looking at some confirmation in writing in kraken.com but I can't see anything. • unstaked eth

  Same boat: seems unstaking began & ended 17-APR according to the "Ledger" entries I see on kraken.com, but (1) I still have some relatively small amount of ETH2.S listed as "Staking, Rewards", and (2) despite having 13+ ETH in my Spot wallet, I can only withdraw 0.81856. Would expect to have ALL ETH2.S unstaked (regardless of reward v purchased), and be able to withdraw 100%. What am I missing? Source: about 1 year ago

  Thanks for reaching out to us with this question. It can be a bit confusing. The Kraken Pro app doesn't currently support the ability to set your own leverage. There you are only able to move the balance you want to use. If you want to adjust the leverage, you can opt to use our classic interface on the web.   I don't understand how you can stop spam yet not have the structures in place to censor forbidden views or opinions. Without admin moderation you get 50 million flavours of porn (like old Usenet servers) some of which will be illegal porn, a massive slice of QAnon and conspiracy (like Odyssee and gab.ai), information and propaganda useful to terrorists (like the old totse.com) and dark web drug markets.   This already exists in the "Dissenter browser" made by the folks over at gab.ai. This could work as a third party extension, but direct support from Brave would instantly draw controversy as it's perceived that the only reason Dissenter exists is to support toxic radical right wingers.   I feel that there is still space for a platform for content creators which is away from any restrictions. I was talking to a lawyer friend of mine about drafting a user agreement which makes it impossible for anyone to sue any content creator or the platform, or for any government or group to force removal of content. but in the end we figured that we would need a back to back agreement with our service...
