Hello, Iβve lived in Nyc for about 9 months and am moving to another area. I was wondering if anyone has used or can verify https://junehomes.com is legit? Ive seen lots of scames around the internet for housing in NyC so wanted to be careful. Source: 10 months ago

I need a short term room rental, and I keep seeing listings from "June." This is their company website. Source: over 1 year ago
Right now we are using dated "property management software" to handle direct bookings on our website, but would like to integrate a much more "custom" property listing/booking/search engine similar to the ones used by companies like Junes Homes, Blueground, Anyplace, and of course Airbnb. I often find the same place listed for quite a bit more on the other sites so Im thinking the CL ad is a scam. Are there legit rentals on CL that... Source: 11 months ago
