Download the original subs from here. Don't download the auto-translated subs, they often have missing pieces. Translate them with this site or this. Add the subs to Youtube with either Dualsub or Add Subtitles. Or just download the video to watch it with the subtitles. Source: over 1 year ago

Best I can suggest is to download the movie from YouTube (use 9x Buddy), then, grab any subs then run the subs through this Subtitle translator tool then watch the downloaded video in VLC (or whatever) and load the translated subs in. Source: over 1 year ago
LoL, if you can't find subtitles in your language because it's a small county language like Hebrew You need that feature I use all the time sites like that: https://subtitlestranslator.com/en/ when I can't find subtitles in Hebrew or Amharic You understand?
