You'll want to replace the front-end with something like Soapbox, however (THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL STATEMENT, JUST A STATEMENT OF FACT) the lead Soapbox dev is a "free speech absolutist" and platforms literal Nazis on his server, so Mastodon communities might decide you are guilty by association if you use Soapbox as your front end.
