If you aren't a dev, you'll also need tools that can load the CPT content and display it - Crocoblock have a range of products that do that - I believe this one https://crocoblock.com/plugins/jetengine/ will do that you're after, though they only work with Elementor-based sites. My solution, that I started to use probably 20 years ago, is having my own emails & domain on a webhost server. Expect to pay $30 for a webhost, domain name & registration each year.
