What phone do you have? Android or iOS? How did you download the app – via the official website jaxx.io or did you go to the app store and search for it that way? If the latter, you could have downloaded a fake app that steals your keys (this has happened to people very often, just look at old posts on this sub). Or maybe malware got installed on your phone. To add to this, if adp.com generates the error then their webserver is accessible, and then the problem is caused by i.e. a wrong configuration or a typo (server side). When people in another domain can access a specific URL then it is likely that every shown (working) page is produced exclusively for the client who requested it. I asked twitter and the personal ADP account reached out for someone to directly contact me via email. She had an adp.com and linked info on LinkedIn, etc. The number on the letter was a 1-800 with sadly no live person to ever speak to which made me go through them on twitter.
