Not really their fault. I think they mostly use https://ipstack.com/ for IP Geolocation API - their support is not the best when it comes to updating IP info. Source: 12 months ago

I had to contact https://ipstack.com/ / http://co.apilayer.net/ 5 or 6 times until they corrected the database, and Azure Sign-in logs started showing the correct details. Source: over 1 year ago

If you are using Wayland, then you may want to do some searches related to "wayland conky transparency" and see what results. Also, if you are using wayland, you will want to be sure you are using the latest possible version of conky, as close to 1.18.x or 1.19.2 as possible, as wayland support is a relatively new addition to conky.
