I use websites like https://ipiccy.com/ quite a bit. They help me to make my pictures look better and sharper, and at times more HD.. Source: over 1 year ago
What photo programs? I use ipiccy.com to edit and enhance. That's where I get the frames. It's free btw. Source: over 1 year ago
I totally agree. I would have continued with Photoshop but making it subscription based makes it much more expensive to use. I've been using Photopea.com which is a free Photoshop-like software. ipiccy.com is another. There are many out there. Simply do a search "photoshop like software online" to find one you like. Thank you! All you need are background images and some images with transparent backgrounds (png images) and a free image editing site. I use this: https://ipiccy.com/. Source: over 2 years ago
The engine I used to use all the time was https://ipiccy.com/ but since flash got discontinued it is still lacking most of its layering features, so I've mostly moved to https://www.photopea.com/ both of which are free and not too hard to use. Source: about 3 years ago

Paint.NET for a familiar paradigm with nicer features. Pinta for an old school, simple Paint experience. Krita for more advanced drawing. Gimp for editing/manipulating photos. Source: about 1 year ago
If you don't want to pay for photoshop, check out the Gnu Image Manipulation Program at http://gimp.org which is free. It has most of what you'd want photoshop for. Source: about 1 year ago
As good as this suggestion is, without proper links and explanation it means nothing. GEGL is a type of plugins for GIMP, which can adjust the settings of already present effects and create new ones. The most notable ones are made by LinuxBeaver. Source: about 1 year ago
GIMP: FOSS alternative to Photoshop. Like Inkscape, it’s not directly related to UI, but might be handy. Source: over 1 year ago
