The iOS App Signer appears to sign the apps, it does an export, no error with the above options but the file will not upload to installonair.com to allow me to sideload on my device. Source: over 2 years ago
You could use diawi.com or installonair.com to upload the signed app which will then generate a link and allow you to download and install the app on your device without requirement of connecting iOS device to your Mac. Source: about 3 years ago
You need the App signed for your device but you can't just install IPA's from the Files app. If the app is signed for use against your device and is all good with your Apple ID, I think you could probably upload it to installonair.com and from there, it generates a link for you to download and install over the air.
