A lot of competitors to indiebrands have many logos that just aren't suitable for use as App icons or as favicons. Look at Brandbuckets logs with those complex shapes, they might look interesting, but don't work. On Indiebrands the logos are clean and suitable for modern use

Basically a domain squatting operation but the guy operating it is convinced it is him that is creating the value rather than… you know… someone actually using the domain for something other than selling it.
