She's used it before, and if I understand correctly, you put in a credit card and subscribe for 1 month free, book 3 free classes in any of the places listed...   If you live in a city where Classpass is available, I found it helpful for easily trying out new studios without committing to anything until I found a studio that didn't shame people for their size or ability.
