I found a few on youtube but with poor quality, and I also found a web page called ihavenotv.com but the addblock blocked it for me. If you know where to find it for free I would be very grateful. For more routine work that isn't as deep but is still cognitively demanding, I usually stay at my desk and put on a post-rock playlist and https://mynoise.net/ on top of it (I like Irish coast), so loud that any other noise gets blocked out.
