When coming up with a store name Etsy is the last hurdle. You should check if it's trademarked first, then if the domain name (.com) is available to buy. Now, these domains are long since expired and no longer are available in the official ICANN lookup but the issue is that the registrant info is still archived on sites like https://whois-history.whoisxmlapi.com/, domaintools.com and probably many more.
