Check out https://hummingbot.io. They are built for market making and arbitrage strategies. It has built-in support for a number of centralized exchanges as well as Ethereum, Terra and other protocols common for DeFi (what it sounds like you're trying to do). If you not in US you should be ok and don't worry. But if you are I think we should migrate. US is freaking strict. And US pionex doesn't have all the coins pionex.com has. They have only a few. So you may have to sell the ones they don't have in pionex US. Source: almost 2 years ago
