This is a pretty narrow (but existing) field. You have companies like https://humanyze.com/ which deal with white collar workplaces. Then you have a ton of retail analytics companies observing both the employees and customers like https://retailnext.net/. Officevibe, which is an employee experience platform, regularly sends out Slack notifications on behalf of their customers asking employees to complete a brief survey.
