This is a pretty narrow (but existing) field. You have companies like https://humanyze.com/ which deal with white collar workplaces. Then you have a ton of retail analytics companies observing both the employees and customers like https://retailnext.net/. As you get to the retail employee monitoring side you go into warehousing and factories, which I would label the blue collar people analytics space.
