Events can be used in many meaningful ways. The Event subsystem of B is pretty much a co-evolution of what honeycomb.io offers, but implemented completely differently - it is on bare-metal, and hence a lot cheaper. I was using Windows and I tried all softwares and tools on the market from Loupedeck to LR2midi and settled with a big Monogram CC layout, over 600$ in sliders and buttons. However, I am working in Adobe 99% of the time. I have not spent much time with Command Post but I sense that it is a hill I have neither the time nor technical knowhow to climb.
