If you see something you like but it isn't quite what you want, it can be fun to tinker with your own plans. I've used homestyler.com to play with floor plans and it's nice to lay it out and then tour around inside. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini.
