Based on our record, POEditor should be more popular than Homematic IP. It has been mentiond 7 times since March 2021. The switches I'm using are from Homematic, they are the IP version (newer) which is using a cloud hosted in Germany. They are not zigbee, but they can work without outside connection (from what I have seen). At the moment I have the hub connected to a HA setup and they work fine together.
