I'm confused about what 'considered morally fine' would even mean here because people who agree on what is generally the right or wrong thing still do make exceptions when presented with a moral dilemma. Like, I can agree no one is entitled to other people's politeness, yet at the same time that being nice is 'the right thing to do', because people don't need a defense for being nice.
