I hear that. higheredjobs.com is a great resource for jobs, both tech a not, in the higher ed world. I started as an online learning helpdesk staffer, went to an ID (instructional designer/faculty trainer), and then went back to the online k-12 world. What I learned is there is no sigle "Killer resume" because how the new recruitment process works. No human reviews our resumes, as most recruiter/companies use ATS bots to reject based on keywords. Tailor your resume for each job , use resume optimization tools like resumas.com or zety.com to customize your resume. Update your LinkedIn profile and make it visible to recruiters.
