I hear that. higheredjobs.com is a great resource for jobs, both tech a not, in the higher ed world. I started as an online learning helpdesk staffer, went to an ID (instructional designer/faculty trainer), and then went back to the online k-12 world. If I look on snagajob.com and search for cleaner, there are families that are looking for a part time cleaner but they probably only speak English.
