  This is a BTC problem, not a Bitcoin problem. A smart wallet would not reuse addresses across transactions, and would split your coins into fragments, making them virtually impossible to connect without your master key. I was unaware that I needed to migrate to binance.us. I have not yet filed an appeal. I just opened a binance.us account and am awaiting appeal.
