  I record my cycle rides with an app, then I download them as .gpx to combine into one map later so I can keep track of them. The problem is my GPS is slightly inaccurate, so the lines are not exactly on the road, which looks messy. The only way I have found to fix this is to use a snap to grid tool from OS Maps or gpx.studio (both use OSM data), but I have to individually move each point to get them to all snap...   If you want to show polygons it is a bit more difficult. With the above map functions you can create a Choropleth map by using predefined regions (like countries, states etc.). But for custom polygons it won't work.
