For the actual program we mostly used The Lab introduction where you can inflate balloons and laser them. Since it shows you in a huge room it was cool. You can get prescription lenses for most VR headsets. https://vr-lens-lab.com/ has lenses for Valve, HTC, HP, and Facebook headsets. There are other sites that sell prescription lenses; you could also ask your optometrist and see if they have any recommendations.
