Same question for a "solo" workout, why is it better? What am I getting that I wasn't getting before? There's some people trying to do this ( Home - VZfit Have Fun. Explore the World. Get Fit. Had all sorts of fun with VZFit some time ago. Only reason I don't use the service anymore is that my VR fitness regime evolved away from sitting on an exercise bike that wasn't quite perfect for me and I haven't been in the mood to go shopping for a new one.
