That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Müllner and Jonas Ådahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively. Download and install the File Converter, right-click on an image file such as jpg, png, etc. And hover over "File Converter" which should be above "Open with," go to "Configure presets," go to webp, set the quality to something reasonable like 90 (you can even go lower), save.
