That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Müllner and Jonas Ådahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively. Fedora, in my eyes, seems to fit what you want to do; it has boatloads of documentation, it "just works" if you want it to with an easy installer.
