A silhouette or some simple line art? Convert it to an svg with an online tool like https://convertio.co/png-svg/ then that svg can be imported into a program like tinkercad or fusion360 and extruded to become a 3d object. Source: over 1 year ago
This is what I use. I would recommend separating your layers if you’re looking to do different colors. I think this would change the color to all black but since they’re vector and you’re gonna be testing colors anyways I think it should be fine. Source: almost 2 years ago
