However, for me it didn't automatically set up a www subdomain. So I could access, say, https://https://myblog.lol, but https://www.myblog.lol would result in a 502. • Website design for a software product - but how?

  I found something called Mobirise which seems to tick all my boxes. It definitely runs offline (it's a Windows executable and I disabled wi-fi to confirm) and exports my site locally as HTML as well as publishing direct to my domain, so that's good.
