The Gatsby docs do a pretty good job in explaining how to build a contact form and it provides options for form submissions.   I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
