Genuity is what I use. It's simple and licensing is cheap and the devs listen to their customers suggestions. Genuity can also do asset inventory as well as other things like network monitoring and telecom/vendor expenses and there's an agent that can be installed on your PCs. We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions.
