The unique scoring system provides a value that can be used to determine if the prospect contact is valid or not. The additional metrics when filtering and sorting contacts are very effective at isolated and targeting the right prospects.

  If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples.
