As for moving your playlists, I use this app. I bought a perpetual licence for it years ago and it's so handy. However, Spotify's recommendations and search are FAR superior. When I switched to Apple Music (at the time, I'd just gotten an Apple Watch and Spotify didn't allow downloading music directly onto the watch. It's still buggy and not intuitive).
