It hasn't been done yet because it would either require each player to have the same mods...or they'd have to disallow mods (and the Sims games are pretty empty without mods). There is the Sims 4 multiplayer mod...and there's also https://freeso.org/. Source: about 1 year ago

Now, I know a lot of you will rush to twitter bio but hold your horses, that doesn't mean anything. If you actually go to Witcher official website apart from a description that was recently added for Nintendo switch, the game doesn't call itself an RPG. Because RPG is a very broad genre.
