If you're ready to spend money, though, I'd suggest Foundry. I recommend Foundry for these reasons:. Source: 6 months ago
Salutations, lost souls. What's happening: On the 10th of December, at 11:00 UTC+0, I'll be running a simple one-shot to test run the Advanced 5th Edition system by Level Up, using Foundry. It is essentially a fully rewritten, rebalanced version of the regular DnD 5e system, with more character customization. You can check out their website here. Source: 7 months ago
At first, I thought I had messed something up in my install, so I made a fresh image and loaded it up. This time, in addition to my update page firing that error, my news feeds on my setup home were also delivering an error saying they couldn't reach the foundryvtt.com web server. Source: 9 months ago
Well of course there is the aforementioned session zero will be the first order on the docket. Our starting point will be the Pathfinder 2E's Beginner Box. I find the Beginner Box to be a genuinely good way to introduce players to both PF2E and FoundryVTT so im gonna use it as a sorta jumping off point for the homebrew. I use the site Tales Tavern to get a majority of my maps, and then spend anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours editing it to my liking. I have a visual map for every location for my campaign, and it completely immerses my players, they love what I’m able to come up with and... Source: 6 months ago
Token creation: Heroforge (Create hero/choose from Community, remove base and pose as needed, go to Booth, remove the background, position the camera. Now you have a character image with transparent background that you can crop as needed - requires pro subscription.). Source: 10 months ago

Might I recommend heroforge.com? I cannot draw but it helps me put my character ideas into actual art. Source: about 1 year ago
I used Wonderdraft as the base program to create this project. (It's a great, cheap, one time purchase map-making program!) I used many of its included assets, however I also used additional custom assets that includes the following: Paid premium assets offered by Wonderdraft, both paid and free custom assets uploaded to the website Cartographyassets.com (some assets may no longer be available as I made this over...
