You might already know this but I case you don't, Profile Manager is not a production MDM, great for testing but I would not put my CEOs phone in it. CEO should spring for an online MDM like Jamf Now or Mosyle.com, or even use fleetsmith.com, which I guess is now part of ABM. Source: about 3 years ago
This, essentially, is how you will find every single environment, in my experience. The first thing I would do is use something like device42.com to discover my environment. They have a free trial, and the license cost for 1-100 servers is only $1500. That (or any similar tool) will give you a baseline of what you're working with in a centralized database.
