  • What at home fitness video programs do you love?
I use FitOn. My employer provides access to it for free (Premium I think it $30/year) as part of our benefits package. Source: about 1 year ago
  • I can't help but feel embarrassed to go to the gym
Https://fitonapp.com/ is free and there's tons of good workouts for all levels. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Routine

  • hand/wrist strain
Get into an orthopedist that specializes in hands and wrists. They can offer you some PT exercises to strengthen those areas. Those helped me immensely. • Is anyone else planning anything cute/crafty/fun to announce to their parents?
I'm trying to continue jogging as I did before, but I've also been using FitOn - they have free online workouts, including prenatal workouts :). Source: about 2 years ago
