9 Best Weightlifting Apps for Strength Training 2023 – Tried & Tested

10 best fitness tracker apps for Android
Strong: Exercise Gym Log is a gym log similar to FitNotes. You can input all of your exercise routines and track them over time. It includes some unique tools like a warm-up calculator and tips on how to improve strength from your previous numbers. It has a few extra features from something like FitNotes, but you sacrifice a little bit of ease of use in the process. The UI...

  • What at home fitness video programs do you love?
I use FitOn. My employer provides access to it for free (Premium I think it $30/year) as part of our benefits package. Source: 11 months ago
  • I can't help but feel embarrassed to go to the gym
Https://fitonapp.com/ is free and there's tons of good workouts for all levels. Source: 11 months ago
  • Routine
I highly recommend fiton for beginner bodyweight/dumbbell work. https://fitonapp.com You could also subscribe to ifit, they have rower workouts (no need to have a Nordic track rower, I use the app on a tablet mounted on my Schwinn bike), but it does cost money. I use it multiple times a week for cycling and strength and love it, but grouch about the price. https://www.ifit.com It takes a loooooong time and... Source: about 1 year ago
  • hand/wrist strain
Get into an orthopedist that specializes in hands and wrists. They can offer you some PT exercises to strengthen those areas. Those helped me immensely. Someone on here also said pilates, and I agree with that, too. The FitOn app has a bunch of free workouts that I use. They're only around 20 minutes long so they're not too taxing, and you can build up strength that way. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Is anyone else planning anything cute/crafty/fun to announce to their parents?
I'm trying to continue jogging as I did before, but I've also been using FitOn - they have free online workouts, including prenatal workouts :). Source: about 2 years ago

  • Workout Tracker
I'm using Strava to track endurance work and strong.app for lifting. I'm pretty happy with Strong, but it is a subscription app if you want to save more than three custom workout routines (they also have some of the popular beginner programs pre-populated). Source: about 2 years ago
  • How to lose weight tho you hate intense workouts?
You should all workouts with a app like strong.app or any other you find. Fitbod also seems to have good stuff now. Check their reviews etc. Source: over 2 years ago
  • I made a community sourced fitness routine database
Looks like a great app! I run 5/3/1 and this is perfect. Currently I use https://strong.app but I'd love to see a way to see my weekly volume per muscle group. Is that something you are planning to add on Hardy? - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
