I highly recommend fiton for beginner bodyweight/dumbbell work. https://fitonapp.com You could also subscribe to ifit, they have rower workouts (no need to have a Nordic track rower, I use the app on a tablet mounted on my Schwinn bike), but it does cost money. Get into an orthopedist that specializes in hands and wrists. They can offer you some PT exercises to strengthen those areas. Those helped me immensely. Someone on here also said pilates, and I agree with that, too. The FitOn app has a bunch of free workouts that I use. They're only around 20 minutes long so they're not too taxing, and you can build up strength that way. Source: about 1 year ago
