Not sure what Gong's pricing is, but we evaluated a few different notetakers and settled on https://fireflies.ai/. $18 / month gets a recording and summary sent out to all invitees to the calendar invite, uploaded into Hubspot, etc. Very valuable for our sales calls. - Source: Hacker News / 4 days ago
I love the idea of AI summarize in Recorder and Chrome, but I don't find it the most useful in its current build simply because it only provides a 3 point summary, which only covers the general meeting topic (of course I already know this!). They have flexible reminder options like text and email that can go to different people at varying times. When we complete a task it automatically re-schedules itself for the next year.
