  Hi ! I've just discovered a cloud provider called Filen : filen.io, they offer a desktop app to sync local folder to remote. The app is an AppImage, I've tried to run it all day long. It starts normally, but once I'm logged in, the app GUI just closes and does not show itself in the taskbar anymore, but the AppImage is still working in background (Console is still open, and system monitor shows some process).   I would use syncthing, which is open source at https://syncthing.net/. After minimal setup, it just works(tm). You have a normal directory in your filesystem, that is synced to the other peers (which you set up in the "minimal setup"). I have been using it for years, and it works well.
