What device are you playing on? If it's a computer (or I think android phone too?) and its bedrock edition, you can go to edit the world (the pencil or something button, next to the world name in the selection menu) and then scroll down in the "Game" submenu to find the "Export World" button. Yea, shits ridiculous.....and Mimecast support has been hot garbage as of late. I can't even get them to pick up the phone. Our renewal is up at the end of the month and this is just further affirmation to replace them with a better product. You may want to give these guys a consideration. We started using a third party email security vendor on top of Defender. It catches so much more. I am sure there are a few out there but we are using https://abnormalsecurity.com/ I think even if you just signed up for a demo they would be able to assist and you could take some action from there.
