Field Force Tracker is deployed in a number of industries such as HVAC/Plumbing, Elevator Businesses, Electrical Contractor, Copier Management, Telecom Businesses, IT Service companies etc. in many countries and time zones. The competitors vary in each sector - for instance in Copier business, we primarily compete with E-Automate, Miracle S/W etc. In other sectors, we compete with all major FSM software.

Hi I like this program because it is user-friendly and very cheap. For my cafeteria business, all their features are more than enough :) A big plus of their services is that they have an integration with fiscal printers in my country. So, I can use it and do not worry about the Tax office inspection :)
